Some Hardware specifics: The program should run on any computer (Windows, Mac and most others) that have graphical Internet browsers. You need a sound card with speakers or headphones to hear the audio portion of this show. You also need a graphics card capable of displaying at least 256 colors (most computers sold since about 1997 should have both). Playback is a processor-demanding event; for best results, avoid running other programs at the same time.

Download Speed: The presentation is a narrated & animated program nearly 6Mb in total size. To make the file size as small as possible, we have compressed the audio to a minimum acceptable level of sound quality, but the whole show will still download slowly (approx. 90 minutes) on a dial-up (56K or slower) modem. We've optimized the show to begin before it has completed the process, but there may be some delays with non-broadband connections while the audio & video of each slide pre-loads "on the fly." Those using broadband connections should see the presentation begin soon after clicking the launch button.
